The section on title for microblog RSS feeds is so true! I have some feeds from people who microblog and my RSS does display a lack of title as
[NO TITLE]which is quite unpleasant to look at. As a user I would rather see no place holder aka the section is just empty. -
Rereading Indie Microblog Uses for microblog chapter. I would like to linkblog more. Surfing the net has taken me to cool sites and I have no system to save those links to check back later and likely add to my sites' Link pages. I think linkblogging would be a good way to save those links. micro.blog bookmark feature was an option but it’s too hidden for me to remember to check back.

Reading fics where Binghe is either a side character or non existent is funny to me because he’s the protagonist of the original story and the author intentionally decided to focus on the side characters instead. Poor Binghe 😂.

Was about to rename my blog because it’s described on my link hub as Now so I looked around other blogs… big mistake. The average micro.blog user is very much outside the kinds of examples I sought. ArimaMary’s Microblog it it’s! Consistent with my other blogs if anything haha.

Truly “Man makes plan, God laughs” moment. Ended up adding a link to this micro blog on the Basics section instead. Because I intended to use this more often to capture thoughts, thus getting more use out of it, I think it belongs there instead of the Writing sections with the rest of the longform blogs where updates are more slow.

I finished announcing this account on Mastodon. Now I’m thinking how to link to this blog from my site. Or if I even want to. On my Mastodon account? Nah. Gotta have it on the linkhub for sure. It’s not social media, or the intended use isn’t as such. Writing section it is. Will have to use another icon style for it tho shucks. Let’s do that first.

Hold on a second, if micro.blog collapses a post that surpasses a certain number of characters under a header, AND it can even be toggled on, then such a header be used as a content warning like in Mastodon!

Alright! I finished setting up the Directory page based on an earlier post. Now I can set up for automatic post deletition for posts… scratch that, I don’t know how I want to use that feature while keeping the posts I want (those tagged with a ship). Maybe I’ll favorite those.
